We are looking for an HR Services Specialist – Employee Central (m/f/d) for our fast-growing Global Business Operations team at KWS Berlin GmbH, located in the heart of Berlin. This is a full-time, fixed-term position. Your main responsibilities will include:

• You will work with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ensure that our employees’ master and transactional data is maintained accurately.
• Together with your colleagues, you will ensure smooth HR administration and support timely payroll processing for our business units in Germany.
• You will handle inquiries from employees and managers via our ticket system and prepare certificates and reports.
• You will assist with time management, e.g., recording missing or incorrect time data.
• You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and bring ideas for automation and efficiency enhancements.

Bring your strengths:

• You have experience in HR administration and ideally knowledge of payroll processing in Germany.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HR systems is a big plus.
• For you, teamwork means supporting each other, solving problems together, and learning from one another.
• You are service-oriented and look for ways to make your tasks more efficient.
• You speak fluent German; English skills are an advantage as our team works internationally.
