Tasks

• Support the sales and marketing efforts of Coding Partners and help generate new business opportunities.
• Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets where our services could create value.
• Plan and execute outreach and marketing campaigns to reach prospective clients and generate leads.
• Organise and coordinate events in different cities to build awareness, meet potential clients, and create new business opportunities.
• Explore and develop new partnership opportunities with companies, organisations, and other relevant players.
• Help develop and improve our long-term sales and marketing strategy.
• Take ownership of a strategic sales or marketing area, with the opportunity to build something from scratch and make it your own.
• Identify new opportunities for growth, test ideas quickly, and help turn successful initiatives into repeatable processes.
• Work closely with the founding team and gain hands-on experience across sales, business development, marketing, and growth.

Requirements

• First experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled at a university in Berlin.
• Available and willing to work from our Jannowitzbrücke office at least a couple of days per week.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Comfortable reaching out to new people and companies and creating opportunities from scratch.
• Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn about sales, marketing, and business development.
