Tasks
We are looking for a B2C Growth Intern to join our Berlin-based team. As we scale our growth roadmap, we have identified high-impact levers—including Referral (RAF), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and CRM—that are ready for takeoff. Your role will be the “engine” behind these initiatives, moving them from maintenance mode to active experimentation. You will work directly with our growth stack (HubSpot, Webflow, Semji) to execute campaigns that directly move the needle on user acquisition and retention.
Your missions :
- Referral & Campaign Growth: Lead the end-to-end setup of referral campaigns in DE & FR. This includes creative ideation, copywriting for emails/push notifications, and building the logic flows within HubSpot.
- SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Ensure our brand remains visible in the age of AI search. You will manage programmatic content in Webflow, optimize for LLM discovery, and support digital PR and community-driven growth (Reddit, back-linking).
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Own the French market onboarding overhaul and manage one-off email pushes. You’ll also play a key role in rolling out our new branding across all touchpoints.
- Market Intelligence: Keep us ahead of the curve by conducting deep-dives into the competitive landscape and emerging B2C growth trends
Requirements
Must have:
- Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field).
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Experience: Previous working experience in a fast-paced startup environment or a marketing agency.
- Technical Aptitude: A “builder” mindset with an interest in mastering tools like HubSpot and Webflow.
- Availability: Minimum of 6 months, based in Berlin.
Nice to have:
- Fluency in French (huge plus for our onboarding and referral projects).
- Experience with SEO/GEO tools (e.g., AirOps) or programmatic SEO.
- A data-driven approach—you’re comfortable looking at a funnel and suggesting where to experiment next.
