At Phantasma Labs, we’re building smart software that helps factories plan better. Our AI figures out how to schedule production more efficiently, adapt to changes faster, and make the most of available resources – without needing tons of data or complicated tools. We train our models in simulated factory environments (Digital Twins) using reinforcement learning, which lets us find better solutions way faster than traditional systems. We work with mid-sized manufacturers across Europe and team up with ERP and MES providers to bring this tech directly into real production workflows. We’re a lean, international team with big ambitions. Backed by top investors and working closely with global industry leaders, we’re on a mission to revolutionize manufacturing efficiency with cutting-edge AI tech.

Tasks

As our Business Development & Growth Intern, you’ll support key activities across our sales and go-to-market efforts:

  • Research and identify potential customers and partners
  • Support lead generation and outreach via email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Help optimize messaging, campaign performance, and sales materials
  • Work closely with the founder on sales and growth strategy
  • Support our CRM workflows and learn how B2B sales works in practice

You’ll get direct insights into how we acquire customers, test new strategies, and scale what works. It’s a hands-on role with lots of responsibility from day one. Your ideas will be heard, and implemented fast if they help us grow.

You’ll work closely with Rama (Founder) and Louisa (Founder's Associate), as well as the tech team to align messaging with real product value.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor or Master)
  • Studying International Business, Business Psychology, Sales, Digital Marketing, Communication or something similar
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Available for a full-time internship (ideally 3–6 months)
  • Flexible to work later hours occasionally to connect with leads in the US

Maybe you're the person who always spots what matters in a conversation – and knows how to make others listen. You like fast-moving environments, are curious by nature, and don’t shy away from trying something new. You're not looking for just any internship, but for something to get excited about, contribute, grow with and learn fast.
