About the Role

We are offering an advanced internship position for a motivated student in marketing, digital media, or a related field.

The role focuses on social media growth and partnerships, not basic posting. You will work on strategy execution, content performance, and collaborations in the DACH market.

This position is suitable for students in their final study phase who want hands-on experience with real KPIs, growth metrics, and AI-supported workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Execution

• Support the development and execution of platform-specific social media strategies.
• Create original content tailored to each platform, no cross-posting without adaptation.
• Analyze trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics to support growth initiatives.
  

Content Creation & AI-Supported Workflows

• Create original content units including text and visuals under guidance.
• Support Instagram Stories planning and execution.
• Use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, visuals, video editing, and localization.
  Learn how AI-assisted workflows improve efficiency and content performance.
  

Influencer & Partnership Support

• Assist with influencer collaborations, mainly barter-based.
• Support communication with nano-influencers, trainers, and wellness professionals.
• Help coordinate partnership activities such as giveaways and joint campaigns.
  
  

Website & Content Support

• Support coordination of expert contributions for blog content.
• Assist with German-language text review and localization tasks.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Support monthly performance reporting and basic analysis.
  

Requirements

• Enrolled student in marketing, communication, media, digital business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital trends, and growth mechanics.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
• Interest in AI tools for content creation and optimization.
• Good written and spoken German, English is a plus.
• Structured, reliable, and able to work independently.
