Tasks

The Role

We are looking for a hungry, French or Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join our Berlin-based team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and play a pivotal role in scaling our market presence.

Your journey at Senvo will be a structured evolution:

  • Phase 1 (The Foundation): Your initial focus will be mastering our outbound engine, sourcing high-quality leads, cold calling, and building a rock-solid pipeline from scratch.
  • Phase 2 (The Growth): Once you have established a consistent pipeline, you will "ramp up" into the full sales cycle, taking ownership of product demos, complex negotiations, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Engine: Own lead generation, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach to build your own territory.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Maintain a high volume of activity to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Direct Founder Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the founder to refine sales scripts, strategy, and market positioning.
  • Full-Cycle Evolution: Gradually take over the demo and negotiation process as your pipeline matures.
  • Product Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, providing direct market feedback to help shape our product roadmap.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain impeccable records in Salesforce or HubSpot.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of "exceptional performance" in a closing or high-volume outbound role (SMB or Mid-Market).
  • Linguistic Skills: Native or business-level fluency in French or Dutch and English.
  • The Hunter Mindset: You are genuinely comfortable with cold calling and self-sourcing. You enjoy the challenge of opening doors that were previously closed.
  • Strategic & Adaptable: You can sell complex products and translate technical value into business solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Salesforce or HubSpot. Bonus points if you’ve used Clay.
