Your Role
As an Account Executive, you will drive FactoryPal’s growth across Europe by managing complex, consultative sales cycles with industrial manufacturers. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and co-create solutions that deliver measurable value.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to contract signature.

• Engage multiple stakeholders across operations, production, IT, and management.

• Run product demos and build ROI-based business cases.

• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product Team, and Customer Success.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasts.

• Support long-term customer relationships and account expansion.

• Represent FactoryPal at customer sites and industry events across Europe with up to 50% of travel time.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, industrial, or manufacturing environments.

• Experience selling complex solutions with long sales cycles.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfort working with technical topics, data, and performance metrics.

• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus, especially German and Italian.

• A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to grow in a fast-moving environment.
