For our Helios Clinic in Berlin, we are looking for a Junior Manager Hospital (m/f/d) who wants to take on responsibility and set the course for modern and efficient patient care together with us.

• You will work closely with the clinic management and provide support in operational, conceptual and strategic topics.
• You will take on projects on your own responsibility, contribute your ideas and actively drive developments forward in exchange with colleagues.
• You will create well-founded decision templates, analyses, statistics and presentations to support hospital management.
• They work on operational and strategic tasks with a focus on the sustainable development of the clinic.
• You will help shape efficient, transparent and future-oriented processes through your analytical and structured way of working.
• They act as an interface between areas such as medicine, nursing and administration and promote cooperation.
• You will regularly reflect on your projects and personal development – e.g. through feedback and coaching – and thus strengthen your leadership skills.

• You have a degree with a focus on economics, law or medicine.
• You have initial professional experience in healthcare or clinic management as well as knowledge of project work and quality/economic planning.
• You work analytically, in a structured manner and solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner.
• They impress with their initiative, creative power, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You appear confident and convince managers and employees alike with your communication and social skills.
• You work independently, reliably and pragmatically, have a pronounced hands-on mentality, service orientation and have the measles protection required by law.

• You will have the unique opportunity to get to know central hospital processes from the ground up, to actively shape them and to further develop them in a future-oriented manner.
• You will develop specifically towards an exciting role as a commercial site manager or clinic manager in the Berlin region
