We are an established, innovative recruitment consultancy with headquarters in Cologne and offices in Berlin and Munich. With many years of experience and a broad network, we offer professional support in all aspects of human resources. Our focus is on individual, modern solutions and personal support. To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you as a Junior Personnel Officer m/f/d.
Your Tasks
- In your role, you will be jointly responsible for applicant management and will handle candidate communication in the context of telephone interviews and personal interviews
- You will be responsible for the creative design of job advertisements and researching suitable candidates
- You will act as the contact person for all relevant HR topics and will be responsible for supporting employees and the applicant pool
- You will also be involved in drawing up contracts, references and negotiating remuneration arrangements
- Supporting HR-related projects in the direction of sustainable recruitment rounds off your area of responsibility
Our Requirements
- A successfully completed degree; alternatively you have a comparable qualification
- First relevant experience from internships or working student activities in the HR area
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- You have an independent way of working, assertiveness and strong communication skills with a high level of self-motivation
- An engaging and convincing manner at all levels and a high level of social competence round off your profile
