To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you as a Junior Personnel Officer m/f/d.
Your Tasks
- In your role, you will be jointly responsible for applicant management and will handle candidate communication in the context of telephone interviews and personal interviews
- You will be responsible for the creative design of job advertisements and researching suitable candidates
- You will act as the contact person for all relevant HR topics and will be responsible for supporting employees and the applicant pool
- You will also be involved in drawing up contracts, references and negotiating remuneration arrangements
- Supporting HR-related projects in the direction of sustainable recruitment rounds off your area of responsibility
Our Requirements
- A successfully completed degree; alternatively you have a comparable qualification
- First relevant experience from internships or working student activities in the HR area
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- You have an independent way of working, assertiveness and strong communication skills with a high level of self-motivation
- An engaging and convincing manner at all levels and a high level of social competence round off your profile
