We are seeking a new team member to join our diverse and international team on our journey to becoming a beloved food brand in Berlin.

Tasks

• You’re responsible for the production of all bagel toppings by turning raw quality ingredients into our in-house developed recipes (including meat preparation)
• You’re supporting the daily production of our sourdough bagel bread including hand shaping, proofing, bathing and baking
• You’re responsible of maintaining and carrying out cleaning tasks in the BOH and complying with operational hygiene measurements as well as legal regulations
• You’re actively managing food inventory following FIFO/FEFO, including storage control and weekly order planning

Requirements

• You’re able to switch easily from a baked-goods production to food preparation and posses strong organizational skills
• You’re naturally having a strong team spirit mindset, with excellent communication skills and getting energized by working with people
• You’re personally passionate about food & hospitality and feel fully connected with the HALO brand and the product to deliver top quality everyday
• You’re open to work flexible hours during weekdays and weekends, and have been already exposed to work in fast-paced environments
• You’re having a good understanding of baked goods and food in general and a strong desire to excel in your daily work (experience in kitchen // baking environment is a plus, but not mandatory)
• You’re fluent in English, German is a plus
