We’re Progyny Global, part of the Progyny Inc. family. Our mission is to make fertility, pregnancy, and family-forming care accessible everywhere. As part of our expansion into (peri)menopause support, we’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and experienced Menopause Care Expert to guide members and strengthen our internal expertise.

Your Role

As a Menopause Care Expert, you will provide high-quality virtual support to members navigating the menopause transition while serving as a trusted internal expert for our Member Experience team. You’ll play a key role in shaping menopause care at Progyny Global - from consultations and education to content, training, and knowledge management.

Tasks

• Conduct 1:1 video consultations with members on menopause-related topics.
• Act as the internal subject-matter expert on menopause for the Member Experience team
• Review, audit, and support the development of menopause care content
• Help train and support our Care Experts, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Maintain and update a menopause knowledge hub with global applicability, including multilingual resources, regionally adapted medical guidelines, and culturally sensitive educational content.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in menopause care (e.g. menopause nurse, menopause coach, or comparable clinical background)
• Preferably, completion of a recognised menopause training or certification, such as the British Menopause Society (BMS) Advanced Certificate, FSRH menopause training, or an equivalent qualification.
• Highly collaborative mindset, thriving in dynamic, cross-functional, and international environments
• Structured and reliable way of working, with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
• Curious, adaptable learner, continuously expanding knowledge across menopause
• Strong interest in, or experience with, virtual care and digital health
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
