Consumer App Experience

• Build and improve customer-facing mobile experiences
• Design and optimise loyalty, rewards, referral and retention mechanics

Product Discovery & Ownership

• Identify customer pain points and opportunities through data and customer feedback
• Define hypotheses, experiments and success metrics

Product Analytics & Experimentation

• Define KPIs and success metrics
• Implement telemetry, tracking and analytics from day one

Anforderungsprofil

You are a Product Engineer with a strong mobile and full-stack focus, combining solid technical skills with strong product thinking.

• Several years of experience building digital products
• Strong skills in React Native, Expo & TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js, APIs, MongoDB & AWS
• Understanding of customer experience, growth, retention & product analytics
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking, KPIs & experimentation
• Interest in AI, automation and modern development tools
• High ownership and a passion for building and improving products end-to-end
• Fluent English, German is a plus
