In the Purchasing and Logistics division, we are looking for a Sustainability Manager (m/f/d) nationwide at the earliest possible date

• Analysis, management and integration of legal ESG and human rights requirements in the Purchasing and Logistics division
• Development and implementation of measures and projects to achieve Helios' climate target strategy, in particular with regard to decarbonization along the supply chain
• Supervision and responsibility for the human rights program in the Purchasing and Logistics division
• Methodological and content-related responsibility for the reporting of KPIs for sustainability reporting (CSRD) in the Procurement and Logistics division
• Contact person and interface between various internal stakeholders as well as active participation in Group-wide committees

• Completed studies with a focus on economics or a comparable qualification
• Professional or academic experience in the ESG field or comparable practical experience is desirable
• Extensive project management experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation
• Language qualifications: German and English (B2 level)
• Advanced use of MS Office applications
