As a Senior Field Sales Executive (m/f/d), you will be focusing on extending our footprint of our products in the DACH market. Your deep understanding of business, healthcare, and market needs will empower you to negotiate product/service terms with broad authority, driving significant contributions to our business growth.
Responsibilities
Proactive reach out to new customers to grow and increase market penetration.
Negotiate complex deals with significant terms and conditions.
Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies for large accounts.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales strategies.
Understand and address the unique challenges and needs of your prospects.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvement.
Ensure customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Provide comprehensive and insightful sales reports to senior management.
Identify and leverage market opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
University degree in Business, Health Care, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable sales role, preferably within the Health or SaaS industry
You are independent, energetic and you retrieve your motivation from selling
Proficient in Salesforce (or another CRM tool), Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Fluency in German and English is required.
Willingness to travel (25%)
