We are looking for support for The HYVE by MYTY at Rummelsburger Bucht, effective immediately! Across four floors, we are creating a tailor-made space for our creators and employees from the MYTY network. On the ground floor, Technogym is realizing a spacious, fully equipped gym. The first floor offers a premium lounge and chill-out area, while the second floor and the rooftop provide additional spaces for co-working, networking, and content creation.

At HYVE , you ensure that everything runs smoothly and everyone feels welcome. You keep the big picture in mind, have an eye for detail, and naturally combine organizational skills with a warm personality. Whether it’s employees, clients, or visitors – thanks to you, the first impression is perfect and the atmosphere is just right.

Key Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact at HYVE as well as the warm, professional reception for creators, employees, and guests

• Ensuring an inviting and professional ambiance throughout the entire space

• Coordination of room usage and availability including management of the booking tool (co-working)

• Organization and support of workshops and events

• Coordination of external service providers (cleaning, facility management, etc.)

• Management of mail, packages, and deliveries as well as ordering gym, snack, and beverage supplies

Qualifications:

• You have organizational talent and work independently

• You possess a distinct host/hospitality mentality

• You ideally bring experience in facility management or office management

• You are flexible and have strong problem-solving skills

• You are open to flexibly adapting your working hours to the needs of HYVE
