What you will do:

At Aeyde, we’re on a mission to reshape the fashion industry - blending creativity, sustainability, and innovation in everything we do. As our team continues to grow, we’re seeking an Office Operations Manager to bring structure, energy, and inspiration to our Berlin HQ, ensuring our 40+ team members have everything they need to do their best work.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our operations: you’ll ensure the smooth running of the office, define processes that empower our team, and create an environment where talented individuals can thrive. You’ll be the go-to person for all things workplace - from day-to-day logistics to long-term culture and wellbeing initiatives - making Aeyde a place people love to work.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and meeting spaces.
  • Own internal processes that keep the team running smoothly: onboarding, travel coordination, meeting planning, and more.
  • Manage office and operations budgets, including expense tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure for +40 people including laptops / screens etc.
  • Serve as the main liaison for external partners, service providers, and building management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication and support company-wide projects.
  • Champion workplace improvements and lead initiatives that enhance team wellbeing.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and support HR with documentation and logistics.

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in office or operations management, ideally in a fast-paced start-up, creative or consulting environment (hospitality, e-commerce, creative industries, start-up, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - you thrive on bringing structure to dynamic environments.
  • A proactive mindset and can-do attitude - you spot opportunities and solve problems before they arise.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools.
  • A passion for aesthetics, team culture, and fostering collaboration.
