TINA Experiences is a Berlin-based team building platform connecting companies with real local artisans. Since 2023, we've helped 26+ companies—including N26, Trade Republic, and Wolt—create meaningful team experiences through workshops led by passionate craftspeople like Salvatore (Sicilian pasta maker), Alessandro (AVPN-certified pizza master), and Kati (Japanese-trained potter). We're looking for people who share our mission of supporting local artisans and bringing authentic, human connection to corporate teams. This is an open role—if you're excited about what we do, we want to hear from you.

Tasks

Depending on your skills and interests, you could help us with: discovering and onboarding new artisans across Berlin; coordinating events and ensuring seamless experiences for our corporate clients; marketing and storytelling that brings our artisans' stories to life; building relationships with HR managers, office managers, and team leads at Berlin companies; improving our booking process and client communications; creating content that showcases our unique venues like Markthalle 9 and our firemen station pottery studio; or anything else where you see an opportunity to contribute.

Requirements

• Passion for supporting local craftspeople and small businesses.
• Genuine interest in food, art, culture, or hands-on experiences.
• Based in Berlin.
