About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Admin Intern to support the daily operations of our Berlin office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing things, keeping systems running smoothly, and helping a small team operate efficiently. You will support a wide range of operational and administrative activities that help us deliver our VR trainings to clients around the world.
Because we are a startup, the role is very practical and varied — from logistics and office organization to administrative tasks and operational support.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include a mix of operational, administrative, and logistical tasks, such as:
Administrative Support
- Collect and organize receipts at the end of each month
- Support the preparation of quotes and invoices
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation
Logistics & Operations
- Organize shipments of VR headsets and training materials to clients
- Prepare and pack headsets and equipment before shipments
- Book travel and accommodation for team members when needed
- Keep the office organized and ensure equipment and materials are in order
- Help manage office inventory and supplies
Product & Team Support
- Test new VR training experiences and provide feedback
- Run small research tasks on various topics
- Participate in team meetings and team activities
- Support the team in improving internal processes when possible
Qualifications:
- You are based in Berlin.
- You are proficient in English.
- You are comfortable using Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- You enjoy hands-on work and solving practical problems
- You are interested in learning how operations work in a startup environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- German language skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana)
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles
