Our Client
is one of the largest real estate companies in Germany and, as a public-law organization, manages real estate and residential properties throughout the country. Our client's ongoing and sustainable success is based not least on the qualifications and professional commitment of its employees. To support the team in Berlin, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as an Operations Manager (m/f/d) Public Real Estate Management.
Your Tasks
- You will be involved in various technical projects and measures and will be responsible for monitoring and awarding technical service provider contracts
- In doing so, you will organize tenders, manage and coordinate orders to external service providers in close cooperation with the contracting authority
- Furthermore, you will monitor and document technical services and participate in acceptance and handover procedures
- Finally, you will be responsible for preparing technical statements and expert opinions
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed your technical college degree, preferably in electrical engineering or supply engineering, or alternatively a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the operation of technical systems and in the procurement and management of technical services
- Very good written and spoken German skills and confident use of MS Office are required
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, and a structured and goal-oriented approach to work
