• Responsibility for all personnel matters from recruitment to termination, including preparation of monthly payroll in cooperation with the payroll center
• Contact person for employees and managers in all personnel matters
• Management of administrative processes such as contract and certificate creation, certification system
• Preparation of evaluations, statistics and key figures
• Active design and further development of the relevant business processes in the HR department
• Creation and publication of job advertisements

• Successfully completed university degree in economics/human resources or comparable training
• Preferably professional experience in HR work
• Communication skills, initiative, results and service-oriented thinking and team spirit
• Ideally experience with LOGA HR software and very good MS Office user skills
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
