We are looking for a Practice Manager for General Surgery (m/f/d) for our Berlin-Buch location at the earliest possible date.

Management and organization of the chief physician's secretariat

Coordination and organization of the patient flow in the outpatient and inpatient area

Coordination and processing of internal and external patient and doctor enquiries

Flexible collaboration on special topics within the clinic

Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d)

Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation in a team working according to the latest quality standards and the willingness to work independently are required

Patient-oriented and willingness to help

Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, service orientation and strong communication skills

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement and a company pension scheme
