We are on the lookout for a Product Analyst to join the Quick Commerce Product Analytics team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

You will play a pivotal role in redefining how we leverage data to optimize our quick commerce offerings, directly impacting our ability to scale and grow our DMarts and Local Shops segments. By driving data-driven insights within our Quick Commerce Product Analytics Team, you'll help empower product decisions and ensure our initiatives deliver tangible business value.

You'll partner closely with Product Managers, driving operational excellence and strategic insights across Fulfillment Operations, Supply Chain, Assortment, Pricing, and Integrations. Focusing on metrics monitoring ,deep dive analysis, experimentation, feature reporting, pipeline building and fostering a data-driven culture.

Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, optimize features, and assess impact. You will define KPIs, design experiments, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. You'll help us ensure product initiatives deliver measurable business value, transitioning from a reporting mindset to a problem-solving approach. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale and grow our non-food offerings.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and support product decision-making

• Conduct exploratory and descriptive analyses of product usage and adoption patterns to identify insights and improvement opportunities

• Support analytics needs across product initiatives, including dashboard development and data pulls

• Design and execute experiments(A/B, Quasi-experiment) to optimize product features and user experience

• Support the implementation of tracking strategies and ensure data integrity

• Generate business intelligence solutions and compelling visualizations to communicate key insights

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar role, ideally within a digital or product-driven environment

• Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn more advanced statistical and experimental techniques

• Proficient in writing complex SQL and practical experience using Python (or similar) for data manipulation and exploratory analysis as well as expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar

• Hands-on experience running A/B tests and analyzing results, with a solid understanding of experimentation fundamentals and a desire to deepen expertise

• Familiarity with web or app tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, GA)

• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way
