This role is on-site in Berlin.

As a Product Lead at mama health, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product strategy of one of the most exciting AI companies in healthcare. You will work closely with founders, engineers, designers, and medical experts to build products that help patients better understand their diseases and enable healthcare organizations to learn directly from patient experiences at scale.

This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys taking ownership, and can turn ambitious goals into shipped products. You will be responsible for driving product development from idea to launch while ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining a high pace of execution.

You will:

• Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Translate company objectives into clear product priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans
• Work closely with engineering, design, AI, and medical teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Drive day-to-day product execution, remove blockers, and ensure projects stay on track
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and create accountability around deadlines and deliverables
• Gather customer, patient, and stakeholder feedback and turn insights into product improvements
• Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
• Monitor product performance and use data to inform decision-making
• Help establish scalable product processes as the company continues to grow
• Contribute to the long-term product vision and strategy of mama health

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a startup or high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of shipping products and driving cross-functional execution
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Highly driven, proactive, and execution-oriented
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working closely with software engineers and technical teams
• Fluent English is required, German is a strong plus
• Technical background (e.g. engineering, computer science, data, or technical product roles) is a plus
• Experience in AI, healthcare, digital health, or SaaS is a plus
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
