Program Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager (PMO) to lead and orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives within our Product organization. The role acts at the intersection of product, technology, and business functions, and is pivotal in driving alignment, execution, and transparency across teams.

As we take on increasingly ambitious transformation efforts across multiple domains, your expertise will ensure that we deliver on-time, in-scope, and with impact. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, clarity to complexity, and momentum to mission-critical programs.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Program Governance & Execution
• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact, multi-team programs.
• Establish governance frameworks, progress reporting, and accountability rhythms across initiatives.
• Track key milestones, manage cross-team dependencies, and maintain clear delivery timelines.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Identify potential risks and proactively manage mitigation plans.
• Resolve delivery bottlenecks, escalate challenges where necessary, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Stakeholder Alignment
• Act as the central connection point across product, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and other business functions.
• Facilitate structured communication and promote alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Operational Efficiency
• Implement scalable PMO best practices including standardized tracking tools, dashboards, and delivery frameworks.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts and reduce inefficiencies in program delivery.
• Strategic Program Support
• Enable the successful delivery of enterprise-scale transformations, platform migrations, regulatory initiatives, and coordinated product launches.
• Drive improved forecasting, reduce last-minute resource strain, and support strategic prioritization across the portfolio.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading complex programs in a technology or product-centric environment.
• Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-paced, cross-functional workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across all levels of the organization.
• Background in digital product, fintech, SaaS, or similar domains is a plus.
