As a Project Manager (f/m/d), you will drive complex projects end-to-end, balancing strategic, technical, and financial demands under tight timelines, while building trust, navigating challenges, and keeping progress on track.

Tasks

• Prepare our launch: Take over major strategic projects with multiple external key partners such as train workshops, manufacturers, leasing companies, engineering partners and regulators
• Manage interests: Navigate complex product- and financial requirements with tight timelines and keep a clear head when things get heated
• Build relationships: Legacy Rail and Start-Ups can be colliding worlds sometimes, so play your empathy and assertiveness wisely to bring them together and drive progress
• Stay alert: Monitor project progress to identify potential roadblocks, resource gaps, and timeline issues early, and facilitate resolving them with the right balance of diplomacy and assertiveness

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of project management, consulting, business development or similar experience, ideally in environments with multiple external partners and tight deadlines
• You are a strong communicator who can advocate for your ideas while remaining open to feedback and fostering constructive dialogue
• You stay motivated and excited about new challenges, even after multiple obstacles a day
• Professional experience in the railway sector and an understanding of its regulation, homologation and technical framework is a plus
• German proficiency of C2, Fluent in English, every other language is a plus
