If you’re excited about building something from the ground up and seeing it run in real life, this role could be for you. As an Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will launch and run our first line end-to-end—turning concepts into reality, managing partners, and delivering on commercial and operational KPIs while building and leading your own team.

Tasks

• Run the first line: Bring our first train on the tracks managing multiple partners and bring your own concepts to reality
• Think from scratch: You will co-lead the first operational base with the management team and will be responsible for defining and meeting commercial and operational KPIs on the first line
• Build and lead your team: After the groundwork is done, hire, lead and develop an operational team who makes Nox the most loved travel brand in Europe

Requirements

• You have around 3+ years in Operations Management, General Management, product / market launches or similar experience
• You are a strong executor who strictly prioritises on what matters most, without losing the bigger picture
• You use relevant data to base strategic decisions on, while mixing it with a confident “business gut feeling”
• Professional experience in leading people and/or large projects is a plus
• German proficiency of C2, Fluent in English, every other language is a plus
