To reinforce our team, we are looking for a proactive and structured individual who is excited about building professional networks, bringing high-impact formats to life and helping drive forward our strategic B2B services.

Your Responsibilities

As Quantum Program & Ecosystem Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone across three core pillars, working closely with executive leadership:

1. Working Group & Initiative Management: Operationally manage and moderate policy and business-related working groups, lead workshops, prepare and follow up on meetings, create documentation, and actively drive member engagement.

1. Industry Reports & Policy Papers: Conceptualize and develop analytical frameworks to evaluate technological and industrial trends, author well-founded market and industry reports and draft strategic policy papers and presentations.

1. Content & Representation: Represent QBN at international conferences and networking events, acting as an ambassador for the network and our members.

Your Profile

• Education: Master’s degree (or Ph.D.) in Physics, Quantum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related STEM field – or in Business Administration / Economics with demonstrated relevance to deeptech.

• Professional Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in project or initiative management, cluster/network management, startup accelerators, B2B industry or consulting.

• Domain Understanding & Passion: Solid understanding of the implications of deeptech and quantum technologies and a strong interest in their intersection with business, policy and defence/security.

• Work Ethic: Highly structured, reliable, and execution-oriented in day-to-day operations - an organisational talent with strong personal accountability.

• Communication & Location: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken); confident demeanour when engaging with high-level stakeholders from industry, government and research. Primary residence and work location in Germany are strictly required.
