Strengthen our content team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Reputation & Community Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Berlin or Cologne with the option to work from home.

Your tasks

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all relevant social media and reputation management platforms, ensuring a positive and consistent university presence online.

• Foster constructive and respectful online interactions, managing feedback and queries from existing and prospective students in a professional manner.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and student services teams to align communication and represent the university's values consistently.

• Support and participate in the organisation and delivery of campus events and activities aimed at building community spirit and student/alumni engagement.

• Encourage student participation in campus life and facilitate the creation of lasting networks among students, staff, and alumni.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, education, social sciences, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in higher education, community development, social media, or event coordination.

• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.

• Confident in managing digital content and working across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Fluent in Englisch written and spoken and good German skills.
