full-time Professorship (W2) in International Business (m/f/d)

Your role and impact
- Inspire and empower students in international business, entrepreneurship, intercultural communication and specialized topics related to the French-speaking world.
- Teach primarily at undergraduate level in French and English with the possibility to take over some classes at graduate level.
- Bring innovation to the classroom by deepening academic relations with our international partners.
- Contribute to the academic self-administration of the university.
- Make an impact through applied research and publications in specialist journals.
What we are looking for
- A PhD in business administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in international business, ideally in a French-speaking environment including at least three years in non-academic settings.
- Proficiency in French and English is required. While German language skills are not mandatory at the time of application, a willingness to learn German for everyday communication is essential to support your integration into both the university environment and the local community.
- Commitment to applied research in the field of your expertise, ideally demonstrated through recent relevant publications.
- A high level of didactic skills which have preferably already been applied in practice.
