YOUR JOB

• You will manage our existing customers and acquire new customers in the sports industry (clubs, service providers, event organizers, etc.) in the German-speaking source markets.

• You look after clubs, coaches, cooperation partners and support them with their bookings.

• You actively engage in customer acquisition to win new sports partners and clubs.

• You identify customer needs and potential and are responsible for expanding business relationships.

• Through regular customer contact and by being the point of contact for all concerns, you create the basis for a successful and long-term collaboration.

• You plan and organize sales promotion activities.

• You represent a&o at trade fairs and events

• You record and analyze sales figures.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed vocational training in the tourism or commercial sector.

• You have experience and a network in the sports/fitness industry or are active in (competitive) sports yourself.

• You have gained experience in a sales position.

• You act in a goal-oriented manner, think entrepreneurially, and are motivated to take on new challenges.

• You have a winning personality, are empathetic, and find it easy to inspire others.

• You bring the flexibility and desire to participate in sporting events (sometimes in the evenings and on weekends)

• You are very reliable, motivated, and an excellent team player.

• You have fluent German and English skills .
