We achieve this by recruiting and training unemployed or underemployed healthcare professionals from around the world and offering them reliable jobs in renowned German healthcare institutions. CWC provides healthcare workers—regardless of where they were born—with the opportunity to begin a fulfilling career in Germany. At the same time, it offers employers reliable staffing solutions, thus strengthening the German healthcare system. Our goal is to offer our clients a transparent and sustainable service, focusing on fair and dignified working conditions for the candidates.
CWC is a growing, agile, and international startup based in Berlin. We work with experienced local partners who recruit and train candidates in their home countries, including the Philippines, China, Costa Rica, and Tunisia. If you are a purpose-driven person who enjoys taking responsibility for projects, loves learning, and wants to have an impact through your work, then you are in the right place!
Since December 2022, CWC has officially been part of the MIMS Group, headquartered in Singapore. MIMS operates in 17 countries with 2.7 million healthcare professionals using its services, including staffing solutions.
