Your Role

• Lead the rollout of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
• Manage and guide the Finance and Controlling track resources.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
• Lead unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
• Work closely with SAP capability leads to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for the business and SAP template team.
• Coordinate with the data migration team to develop and implement migration strategies.
• Provide dedicated Hypercare support post-rollout to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback after go-live, addressing issues promptly.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.

Required

• Experience in SAP, specifically in Finance and Controlling modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP service business operations.
• Experience in SAP rollout projects, including requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ability to lead testing phases (Unit Test and UAT).
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies and coordination.

Preferred

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and SAP template teams.
• Prior involvement in Hypercare support and post-go-live activities.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and daily stand-up facilitation.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP Finance/Controlling and other business processes.
