End:December 31, 2025 (extension possible)
Location:Remote with occasional on-site appointments in Berlin (Onshore, Germany)

Project context:
As part of a generative AI project, an HR chatbot ("HR Assistant") is being developed to answer employee inquiries about travel concessions. The focus is on scalability, stability, performance, and integration into the existing corporate ecosystem. The goal is to implement a robust, production-ready solution based on modern LLM architectures and RAG approaches.

Tasks:

• Architecture consulting & technical sparring for ascalable GenAI application (HR Assistant)
• Development of anoperational management conceptincluding monitoring, resource planning, security concept
• Consulting onnon-functional requirements & KPIs(e.g. availability, performance, data protection)
• Prompt engineeringand optimization of response quality & relevance
• Development and integration ofRAG workflowsincluding ETL pipelines and vector databases
• Support with commissioning and sustainable system management

-Risk & dependency management for technical product development

Requirements (Must-Haves):
-At least 5 years of experience inarchitecture and development of data-driven web and mobile applications(including Python)

• Proven practice withLLM modelsand their evaluation (semantic/statistical)
• Experience in the implementation ofRAG applications, including ETL & text databases
• Project experience in building productiveAI agentsfor automated information processing
• Know-how indata governance, especially data quality & access control
