Ihre Aufgaben:

• You develop (financial) models and templates (in alignment with Global HQ) for all forecasting activities, including strategic planning, capital allocation and cash management
• You monitor monthly financial and operational performance by analyzing the mid-month run rates and key KPIs. Influence countries' management to implement your suggestions to improve KPIs and reach targets
• You analyze financial and operational results to better understand financial performance and make actionable recommendations based on P&L, balance-sheet, Cash Flow and non-financials KPIs
• You manage improvement initiatives such as revenue increasing activities, or cost savings strategies
• You build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities and serve as the business partner during e.g., investment case proposals
• You guide and support local finance teams, building processes from bottom up. Be the point of contact for countries' finance leads
• You work closely with the Regional Management team incl. CFO/CEO and support them with ad-hoc analysis

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Several years of experience at an investment banking firm, consulting or finance function in a fast paced environment/industry
• You enjoy solving advanced Excel modeling challenges
• You have a high degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field
• Comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
• You are a hands-on team player with advanced communication skills, verbal and written
• Business fluent in German and English
• You are highly motivated, willing to take ownership of tasks and projects and have the determination to see assignments through to completion
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others
• E-commerce industry experience would be advantageous
