We've achieved Product-Market Fit and are now scaling our AI platform to reach 1 million users. Our mission is to make powerful AI accessible to SMEs by building an intuitive, all-in-one platform. This role offers the unique challenge of defining how thousands of people interact with AI daily, tackling complex engineering problems like data synchronization, LLM call processing, and secure sandbox infrastructure.

Activities

• Own the most complex architectural problems within our platform, whether it's optimizing our multi-terabyte data synchronization or designing the next generation of our secure code sandbox infrastructure.
• Architect, build, and ship high-quality, full-stack features using React & TypeScript, with a strong focus on long-term scalability and user experience.
• Work with the development team to define technical roadmaps, align on architectural decisions, and ensure a smooth, coordinated execution of projects.
• Shape our engineering culture by continuously improving our development processes, code quality standards, and overall team performance.
• Debug issues in production, identify root causes and implement solutions to ensure a stable platform for users.
• Help mentor junior colleagues and improve our codebase through constructive, thorough code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience software engineering and our core technologies (React, TypeScript & PostgreSQL) and the surrounding ecosystem (Docker, CI/CD).
• Proven experience in designing, scaling, and maintaining complex software architectures for high-growth products.
• Strong sense of product ownership: You think beyond your own code and care about the big picture: how the product feels to users and how it succeeds as a whole.
• A passion for mentoring junior developers, improving codebase quality, and actively shaping our engineering standards & development processes.
• You are a quick learner and really enjoy the fast pace and high-growth environment that comes with a scaling product.

Team

You'll join our passionate dev team of 6 full stack developers led by our CTO Matthias. We work in agile 2-week sprints with a clear focus: delivering real value to end users. Code reviews and occasional pair programming keep our quality high, while we heavily use AI tools like Cursor and Claude to boost our development speed.
