About the Role
A premier European gaming studio is seeking an expert Game Designer to act as the primary authority on the North American market. You will shape the future of both new titles and live operations, ensuring features resonate deeply with US audiences. This role is ideal for a designer who balances creative intuition with a rigorous, data-driven approach to player retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and adaptation of features specifically for the US market.
• Rapidly prototype new mechanics and move them into the testing phase quickly.
• Manage the full feature lifecycle from initial concept to live release.
• Utilize A/B testing and player data to iterate on engagement and monetization KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with market trends and audience expectations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in casual or mobile game design.
• Proven expertise in the US games market, including trends and player psychology.
• Strong background in data-driven iteration and structured experimentation
• Experience in "turning around" game performance through feature optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting and presenting design decisions.
