We're partnering with a fast-scaling, product-driven company based in Berlin to hire a Senior Legal Counsel.

You’ll be the key architect of the legal function - designing legal processes from the ground up, managing a broad mix of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, and advising leadership on strategic decisions.

• Design and implement scalable legal processes that support a high-growth environment.
• Review and improve contract templates, policies, and internal workflows.
• Oversee legal matters related to corporate law, labor law, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise the business proactively.
• Manage external legal advisors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality legal support.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including commercial, partnership, employment, and vendor agreements.

• Qualified lawyer (Germany) with 4+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Solid grounding in commercial and corporate law.
• A hands-on mindset - you’re comfortable working independently and wearing multiple legal hats.
• Clear communicator who can explain legal issues in practical, business-first language.
• Ambitious and pragmatic, with an interest in building in an innovative environment.
