Your tasks:

• Processing and advising the specialist departments and management on all legal issues
• Legal support and advice for European business activities
• Coordination of local external legal advisors
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including complex project contracts
• Managing legal correspondence

What you bring with you:

• Fully qualified lawyer/legal counsel (m/f/d) with at least 5 years of professional experience in a law firm or international company; international orientation and experience with contact to foreign legal systems required
• Perfect knowledge of German and good knowledge of English are essential, knowledge of Italian desirable
• Solid knowledge of the legal principles of general contract law
• Knowledge of public procurement and corporate law is desirable
• Strong negotiation skills, result and goal orientation and understanding of complex legal issues, taking into account economic aspects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
