To bring this vision to life, you’ll lead how our space fosters productivity, well-being, and belonging – shaping everything from daily operations to long-term strategy. You’ll work closely with the CEO, CHRO, Internal Communications Lead, and cross-functional teams. You report to the CHRO.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute our workplace vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company needs and budget – making the office a place people want to be.
Lead strategic workplace projects from concept to execution, partnering with design firms, architects, and facility vendors to create inclusive, sustainable, and ergonomic environments.
Shape a hybrid-ready workplace experience that reflects our values and culture – supporting onboarding, rituals, quiet focus, social connection, and well-being.
Continuously gather insights through data, surveys, focus groups, and observation to optimize space usage and improve how people interact with our environment.
Oversee day-to-day workplace operations (reception, catering, cleaning, maintenance, plants) and manage vendor performance to ensure safety, compliance, and service excellence.
Collaborate with Internal Communications, IT, People, and the Works Council to manage change, enhance communication, and ensure seamless employee journeys.
Who You Are
7+ years of experience in workplace experience, real estate, hospitality, or employee experience roles.
You’ve successfully managed office environments with a focus on design, employee experience, inclusivity and performance.
You’re experienced in space planning, budget and vendor management, and systems that keep a workplace running smoothly.
You think in data and act with empathy – balancing business needs with diverse employee expectations.
You communicate fluently in English; German skills are a plus.
