As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our performance-driven marketing activities across various PAYBACK business areas such as the PAYBACK app, PAYBACK American Express credit card, online shopping, and rewards shop. In a small team, you will take on a lot of responsibility and enjoy a high degree of freedom and impact.

YOUR TASKS

• Develop and implement paid marketing strategies across key channels such as Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, programmatic, and partnerships
• Budget planning and responsibility including forecasting, cost control, and KPI-based allocation
• Performance-driven campaign management to achieve goals such as app installs, credit card sign-ups, shop conversions, and reward sales
• Agency management: briefing, coordination, KPI discussions, and quality control of external service providers
• Analysis & reporting: create regular performance reports, derive data-driven optimization measures, and present results
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, data, and creative teams to optimize funnels, develop high-performing creatives, and improve the customer journey

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in paid/performance marketing, ideally in app marketing, financial products, or e-commerce
• Solid knowledge of relevant advertising platforms (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking, attribution, and reporting tools
• Structured, independent working style and deep understanding of performance metrics
• Experience managing external agencies and service providers
• Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and high quality awareness
• Fluent in English, german would be helpful
