• You will be responsible for monitoring the key figures for a defined personnel base and will be the contact person for various functions such as HR, accounting or budgeting
• For monthly and annual financial statements, you make a valuable contribution by creating HR reports
• You will keep an eye on the key figures, provide well-founded assessments of developments in the HR department and coordinate them with the responsible management team
• You will be involved in the maintenance and expansion of the internal information and reporting system
• In addition, your know-how is in demand in carrying out trend analyses and deriving measures to achieve strategic corporate goals
• In addition, you will accompany special projects and contribute your talents here

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration / economics with a focus on human resources / controlling or a comparable qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in personnel controlling, ideally paired with experience in HR analytics
• IT knowledge of the programs SAP CO, SAP BW and MS Office is an advantage, very good Excel skills are required
• You also have knowledge of using BI tools (e.g. Power BI) for system-supported data analysis and reporting
• You have extremely good analytical and conceptual skills paired with a hands-on mentality
• You cultivate an independent and self-reliant working style, but are also a team player and convince us with your social and communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
