What your new challenge will look like

• You will define and drive the product vision and strategy for advanced AI capabilities - covering autonomy, reasoning, and interaction while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and product managers across multiple supply chain domains.

• Your role includes translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and prioritizing the backlog based on business impact and feasibility.

• You’ll work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and designers to develop scalable, ethical solutions that comply with regional regulations.

• Beyond development, you will validate AI agent behavior and usability through user research, monitor key performance indicators and continuously iterate based on feedback and model outputs.

• As an advocate for agentic AI, you’ll promote its adoption internally and with external partners, shaping the future of intelligent supply chain systems.

• You bring 6+ years of experience in product management with at least two years focused on AI/ML products.

• You have a solid understanding of agentic AI/LLMs and are familiar with responsible AI practices.

• You are experienced in leading cross-functional AI teams and hold a degree in Computer Science, AI or a related field.

• You are a visionary thinker with technical fluency, strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
