• You take full ownership of planning, managing, and delivering complex projects while securing commitment and clear accountability from all stakeholders involved
• You provide clear direction and structure in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and shifting priorities

• You manage stakeholder relationships at all seniority levels, address objections constructively, and develop viable solutions
• You prepare concise decision-ready documents and status reports for senior management

• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• You possess practical experience leading complex cross-functional projects, ideally in the information technology sector or software development
• You are familiar with agile methodologies and tools, preferably Jira and Confluence
• You have knowledge of PRINCE2 or comparable project management frameworks, or a relevant certification is an advantage
• You have a successfully completed degree or training with a focus on business administration, economics, engineering, IT, or a related field
• You demonstrate a strong hands-on approach, personal ownership of day-to-day delivery, and a consistent focus on results, with the ability to create clarity and structure when requirements are incomplete or priorities change
