We are looking for an experienced and data-driven person to bring our Technical SEO to the next level!
As Senior Technical SEO Manager (f/m/d) you will develop workflows to drive our SEO and AI search growth, conduct technical SEO audits and monitor our websites in regard to SEO best-practices.

What you will do:

• Develop workflows with e.g. n8n, Python, Google Apps Script or similar to support and execute data-backed SEO strategies
• Continuously assess and improve our products’ performance in AI search interfaces, identifying growth opportunities and executing action plans
• Drive and implement SEO strategies and ongoing optimization for selected product lines from start to finish
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and SEO colleagues to integrate SEO best practices into product development and release cycles
• Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious organic growth targets, regularly reporting actionable insights to stakeholders

Who you are:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical SEO, with hands-on expertise in automation, scripting, and large-scale site management
• Proven track record in driving measurable SEO growth through technical innovation, testing, and experimentation
• Strong analytical skills, able to translate complex data into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, to get buy-in from Product Managers, Developers, and Business Line Leadership
• Fluent in English and German both written and spoken
