YOUR JOB

• You work day and night shifts at reception.
• You are the contact person for our guests throughout their entire stay and are responsible for check-in and check-out.
• You answer telephone and in-person guest inquiries and provide information about local excursions, sights and additional services.
• You prepare hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.
• You are responsible for cleanliness in the bar and reception area.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a registered student (m/f/d) with a valid certificate of enrollment in a full-time course of study.
• You enjoy interacting with guests and you show that at any time of day or night.
• You demonstrate an independent work style, a high level of commitment, and teamwork skills.
• Your German and English skills are at B2 level – we welcome any additional languages you speak.
