About n8n
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin.
The Role
Your main goal as a front line Support engineer will be to help n8n scale exceptional customer support by solving everyday customer challenges and automating repetitive requests, ensuring we deliver a great experience as our customer base grows. You'll make this happen by combining hands-on customer support with smart automation and close collaboration across teams:
Deliver Outstanding Customer Support
- Own and resolve helpdesk tickets for non-enterprise customers, representing approximately 65% of your time.
- Initially focus on non-technical questions related to account management, account access, plans, subscriptions, and billing.
- Provide clear, helpful, and timely responses that solve customer problems while gradually expanding your expertise into more technical topics.
Automate and Scale Support Operations
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive, non-technical ticket categories and reduce manual support work.
- Build and improve automations that help Team Delta handle growing ticket volumes efficiently without compromising the customer experience.
- Continuously spot opportunities to streamline support workflows and make it easier for customers to get the answers they need.
Strengthen Product Alignment and Knowledge Sharing
- Collaborate with Product to share recurring customer questions, highlight friction points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation that enables customers to self-serve and helps the team resolve common issues more efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions to share insights, align on priorities, and improve the support experience.
Why join us?
At n8n, you'll do more than answer support tickets. You'll play a key role in helping us scale our customer support operations, shaping how we use automation to resolve common issues and creating a better experience for our growing customer base. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on Team Delta's efficiency, collaborate closely with Product, and progressively deepen your technical expertise. You'll join one of Europe's fastest-growing startups, working with a supportive, remote-first team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
