Your Duties:

• Own and manage the definition and evolution of the product lifecycle at system and platform level
• Predict, analyse, and evaluate product attributes to ensure optimal overall system performance
• Gather, manage, and communicate requirements from a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical inputs and data to support subsystem design, development, and integration activities
• Define, coordinate, and manage product and system interfaces across multiple engineering disciplines
• Deliver technical insight into product-to-aircraft/system interactions and their impact on overall performance
• Analyse operational data and customer usage patterns to support product improvement and future development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification and experience
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical design methodologies and product development processes
• Sound understanding of multidisciplinary engineering principles, including manufacturing engineering, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, thermal and mechanical analysis, cost engineering, and product definition
• Proven ability to apply logical, analytical, and innovative thinking to complex technical challenges while balancing technical and business considerations
• Knowledge of product integrity, product liability, certification requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• Membership of a relevant professional engineering institution is advantageous. Chartered Engineer status (or regional equivalent) is desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
