We are seeking an innovative, driven, and highly motivated (Junior) Sourcer (m/f/d) to join our high-performing in-house recruitment team. You will play a key role in helping us expand our teams by sourcing top talent for various roles across our state-of-the-art Gigafactory. Your creativity, efficiency, and commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience will be crucial as we continue to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy.

What You’ll Do

• Manage high-volume recruitment, sourcing for multiple roles simultaneously
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
• Use various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top passive talent
• Conduct behavioral-based screening calls to assess candidate fit
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep relevant business partners updated
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams and business partners
• Leverage data and market insights to drive sourcing strategy and present findings
• Drive process improvements and support recruitment-related projects
• Deliver a "Best in Class" candidate experience at every touchpoint

What You’ll Bring

• Proficient in English and German language (min. C1 level)
• Previous sourcing experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, preferably sourcing for skilled blue collar roles such as Technicians and Engineers in a production environment.
• Proven track record in sourcing and assessing both technical and non-technical candidates
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Experience in using ATS and other common sourcing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
