AI Integration Services

Join us in building the foundational components for the next-generation AI/ML solutions that power advanced data science across the Corporate Bank and beyond. As a Tech Lead for AI Integration Services team, you will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and in a hybrid environment. Your work will enable data scientists and engineers to efficiently develop, train, and deploy machine learning models that drive innovation and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an engineering squad building AI/ML platform capabilities and shared services.

• Define technical strategy and collaborate with Data Science, Cloud Engineering, and Product teams.

• Architect scalable, secure systems leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Dataflow, IAM).

• Deliver core platform features for model development, training, deployment, and monitoring.

• Implement best practices for reliability, cost optimization, automation, and observability.

• Contribute hands-on to coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.

• Drive automation through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar).

Your Skills and Experiences

• Several years in software engineering, including in a technical leadership role.

• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI (Training, Pipelines, Model Registry, Feature Store, Predictions).

• Strong architecture skills in distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML platforms.

• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java).

• Deep knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud observability.

• Experience with ML workflow orchestration (Vertex Pipelines, Kubeflow, Airflow) and advanced databases (Vector, Graph, Relational).

• Familiarity with model governance, distributed training, GPUs/TPUs, and emerging AI trends (LLMs, RAG systems, generative AI).
